I love this guy. He is the first kitbash I made after my return to the hobby. I bought a random WH bit box online and I simply put together some cool parts.
I think he is a mix of empire, skaven, bretonnia and elf parts.
If you can identify the mask please let me know where I can find it, I think it is a bretonnia flag pole, but I'm not sure.

Yes, the mask is off the Bretonnian command sprue, intended to go on top of a banner pole. Out of production now, but I guess people will still have spares.
